A beautiful example of 18th-century craftsmanship is the oak pulpit of the
church.
The tub of medallions, representing the creation of the copper serpent, the descent of the Holy Spirit and the multiplication of the loaves, rests on three large volutes ending in symbols of the Evangelists.
The whole is crowned by a heavy sounding board, with the Holy Spirit (dove) at the bottom that was supposed to inspire the priest during the sermon.
