Cheratte is a village in the Belgian province of Liège and a district of Visé. Until January 1, 1977, it was an independent municipality. The village is nestled between the Meuse River and the E25/A25 on the west side, the Argenteau-Hoignée plateau on the east side, and the E40/A3 on the south side. Additionally, railway line 40 runs through the village, but there is no longer a station. There are plans to reopen it in 2021.
