Brewery Lambiek Fabriek

The Lambiek Fabriek was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Vanbosstraeten. Jo Van Aert joined the duo in 2017. In 2019, 600 hectolitres were produced at Lambiek Fabriek. The total lambic stock is currently approximately 130,000 litres. Some of it matures in French oak 'barriques' of 220 and 400 litres; another part in imposing casks of 4600 liters. 65% of the beers are sold in Belgium. The rest is exported inside and outside Europe.

Brewery Lambiek Fabriek brewed a new beer: the Oude Kriek Jart-Elle. The Oude Kriek Jart-Elle is the 3rd product of the Lambiek Fabriek, after the 'Oude Geuze Brett-Elle' and 'Young & Wild Fontan-Elle'. It is immediately the 1st fruit beer of the Lambiek Fabriek. Soon available at the better liquor store.

Jart-Elle(n) was made from 100% home-brewed lambic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, and a 6-month cherry maceration on lambic with an Alcohol % of 6°. Currently in bottles of 75cl, at a later stage bottles of 37,5cl.
