Sheep graze this slope. Certain areas are so rich in relief that no machine can be used on them. Sheep are the ideal managers. They nibble not only on the heather and grass, but also on the small trees. This keeps the landscape open.
The sheep don't always walk here. They are deployed throughout the site. You see them here especially in spring or autumn, because then the leaves are still fresh and they like that.
