A house located on an old dike. A typical dike plot, very shallow and with a level difference. This level was fully utilized to keep all sleeping areas downstairs in a sheltered atmosphere. The living areas, on the other hand, are equipped on the upper floor with a 360° glazed strip. Residents can admire the beautiful polder landscape all around, without being seen themselves. At the back, there is also a covered terrace overlooking the polder crops. This way, the resident has the largest garden that they do not have to maintain themselves.
