Playground Korp. Kubbenstraat z/n in Maaseik

Gashuisveld-Izeven is a social housing estate that is separated in the middle by the Bosbeek. On the side of Izeven there is a very large area with green areas, a petanque court and some benches. On the side of Gasthuisveld there are two play areas. On the one hand, the large playground along the stream with a football field, a basketball court, two petanque courts, a hexagon swing, a youth auditorium, a sandbox, a bird's nest and a merry-go-round. On the other hand, there is on the other side of the district (near the Korp. Kubbenstraat) a playground for the smaller children with a swing, a combination device (hang / climb), three feather animals, a sandbox and another combination device (swings / slide / climbing cord). Everywhere there are rest benches, garbage cans and bicycle racks. The district is located 2 to 4 km from the center of Maaseik.
