On the Terheidelaan De Toren. The top floor of the tower and its crowning with a pear spire were built after the war-damaged tower was acquired by Arnold van Eynatten in 1619. In 1631 he also had a new house built in baking and sandstone. The high chimney next to the tower is another witness to the brewery, which was decorated here in 1909 by Denis Smedts with the appropriate name 'De Toren'. The brewery remained in operation until 1939. The tower, which has been a protected monument since 3 July 1942, was thoroughly renovated in 1948.
