The Sart Canal Bridge is a canal bridge with a length of 498 metres that bridges the Centre Canal over the valley of Thiriau du Sart and the intersection of the N55 and N535 near the Belgian town of Houdeng-Gœgnies. The width of the artwork measures 46 meters. The concrete artwork is laid on 28 round pillars. The transverse profile consists of two sloping side walls and a base plate that support a water height of 4.2 meters. The bridge was built between 1998 and 2001 due to the modernization of the Center Canal. The construction costs amounted to 29 million euros. Underneath the artwork is a traffic junction.
