The Terhove castle is located on the east side of Bommershoven, a municipality of Borgloon in the Belgian province of Limburg. The castle is situated at the edge of the Mombeek.
Originally, there was a Roman villa here. In the Middle Ages, there was a provostry of the Abbey of Corbie from where the abbey's goods in the surrounding area were managed.
