Moulin du Cat Sauvage or Kattemolen is a stake mill in Elzele, Belgium, in the Pays des Collines in the province of Hainaut. The mill stands on a 116 meter high hill on the border of Elzelle and Ronse and therefore also on the border between the Flemish and Walloon Regions. The mill was built in 1750-1751 for the Countess of Rohan-Soubise. On the roof is a weather vane in the shape of a cat. The grist mill remained in commercial use until after the Second World War. In 1952 it was purchased by the Fédération du Tourisme de la Province de Hainaut. The mill is now owned by the municipality of Elzele. It is operated by volunteer millers. The mill is asymmetrical due to the galley in which part of the tools are arranged. The mill is now a protected monument and also a protected village and cityscape.
