Het Leen is a provincial domain. One can perceive various scents there. Check with the participants which scents come to their minds.
In Het Leen, there are 36 km of walking paths available. 18 km of this is paved. Additionally, Het Leen has an equal number of unpaved paths that can be muddy when it rains. They cannot be accessed without boots or similar footwear. The existing concrete paths are ideal for wheelchair users. In 1993, the Provincial Forest Museum was established. The Forest Information Center Het Leen and the Forest Class Center Hermeleen were opened at that time. There is also an arboretum in Het Leen. The arboretum contains more than 7000 species of woody plants and perennials. The arboretum is accessible every day.
