The Castle of Kolmont was a fortress in Kolmont, a hamlet near Overrepen in the Belgian municipality of Tongeren in the province of Limburg. The fortress is located on the Oude Kolmontstraat close to the Castle of Kolmont.
The fortress was situated on the slopes of an artificially raised hillock surrounded by several moats fed by the Herk. On the western side, a moat runs counter-clockwise toward the entrance of the fortress on the northern side. The fortress consisted of two parts; on one side there was a building house on the southern side and on the other side there was a raised keep on the northern side. Both parts of the fortress were connected by various outbuildings - including an oval tower that served as a military camp - and a square living tower consisting of three floors. The roofs of the fortress would have been covered with slate.
