Wilmarsdonk's pillory moved to Burgemeester Verhulstplein in Berendrecht in 1970. This jaw dates from 1767 and stood for two centuries on the Boulevard in Wilmarsdonk. There he acted as a jaw for Wilmarsdonk himself, but also for Oorderen and Oosterweel, which were then united in one glory. On three sides of the jaw are the names of the villages. During the demolition
van Wilmarsdonk (1963 - 1966) caused a lot of turmoil around this jaw. The plan to move him to the Open Air Museum Bokrijk faced a lot of headwinds in the polder.
