Later town hall of Perk, built in 1652 on the site of a ducal brewery already mentioned in the 15th century; the former house was converted into a town hall in 1927 and expanded circa 1965-66 with an outbuilding (rear façade) of sandstone (architect Roelants); The barn was converted into a house and the outbuildings converted into classrooms.
