In contrast to the neighboring buildings, this neoclassical building was built in the first third of the nineteenth century. It has seven bays of three levels of degressive height, pierced by bays with straight lintel. The sills of these windows, equipped with simple panels, alternate with medallions decorated with reliefs and rosette, placed under each trumeau. The floors are highlighted by bands and cornices with molded profiles. Of the original ground floor, only the bossed trumeaux remain.
Like its neighbour, the façade shows a sobriety dear to neoclassicism: white plaster, projecting horizontal bands, trumeaux in pilasters and moulded capitals... conferring on the whole regularity, horizontality and homogeneity.
