Semi-closed farm formerly called "Melkhof" (according to Atlas der Buurtwegen from 1842-1844 and Poppkaart from third quarter of the 19th century), going back to the monastery farm of the Carthusian priory of "Sint-Maartens-Bos". Planted on the north side of the forecourt within the monastery site. Old monastery farm after demolition, with the exception of east wing with barn, replaced in 1926 by new farm buildings, partly with recovery of the demolition material, including roof trusses.
