Here, the 'Gaverhopkes' are brewed with love for the brewing art, in an artisanal manner. All ingredients are completely natural and grow in the local area. This unique mix from West Flanders can only be tasted at 't Gaverhopke. On weekends and during the summer months, from Wednesday to Friday, you can enjoy the beers or indulge in a simple snack at the brasserie on the protected site of Goed te Nieuwenhove. From 20 people, it is also possible to visit the brewery outside of opening hours and enjoy a bite or a drink. The brewery holds the UNIZO authenticity label for artisanal entrepreneurs "Handmade in Belgium."
