Located on the corner with Biestmolenstraat. So-called "Peerdestokhoeve". Farm buildings in U-shape arranged around the front yard, closed on the street side by brick wall and iron fence on renewed brick pillars. The house bears a striking resemblance to the house of the Biestmolenhoeve, built in the same year, 1871, by a member of the Simoens family, here Hector Simoens, mayor of Nederzwalm-Hermelgem.
To the west, at the back of the cobbled yard, is a spacious basement farmhouse of five bays and two storeys under a gable roof (tiled), from 1871. Double house with anchored and cemented frame façade with false joints. Rectangular windows in profiled frame. Renewed rectangular door with fanlight set in bluestone frame with entablature with notched year 1871. Simple painted rear façade with door with retained fanlight in sintered brick frame. Stable attached to the right.
