Former brewers' house at the brewery "Ten Ezele" or "De Sterre" (circa 1400-1935). Detached broad house of three/four bays and two stories under a hipped roof (two dormers); partly cellar double house oriented towards Ezelstraat, possibly retaining an older core. Anchored, plastered, and painted decorative façade from the first half of the 19th century. Rectangular windows, on the ground floor fitted with shutters and well-maintained wooden shutter boxes. In the second bay of the right side facade, a large cellar hatch beneath the right window and door with shared transom light. Façade with imitation grooves and rectangular wooden bay window from 1924. Profiled water and cornice. Two dormers. Tall, slender chimney on the side of Oude Zak number 5.
