Located at the intersection of Kempisch canal and Beverlo canal, on the street side to the right with a brick wall with cemented finish, single former bridge keeper's house with double house stand; three bays, one at the front and two storeys at the back, under gable roof (ridge parallel to the street, mechanical tiles), from the 19th century, possibly from the second quarter of the 19th century, possibly indicated there in the Atlas of the Neighbourhood Roads (1845), but according to B. Indekeu (2004) ascending to circa 1860.
