Formerly "Catholic School Colonies", established in 1908 by the purchase of a neoclassical mansion, which was adapted for this purpose. Damaged during World War I, subsequently restored. Burned down in 1927, rebuilt in its current form; gradual expansion accompanied by renovation and modernization works. Since 1979, childcare center "Kinderland". Central, neo-traditional wide building of seven bays and two floors under a gabled roof (ridge perpendicular to the street, with mechanical tiles). Brick façade on a blue stone plinth; rectangular windows on blue stone drip sills, recessed in façade-high basket-arch niches with outlining imitation natural stone; geometric brick decoration above the windows. Central door risalit with a partly stepped gable. Entrance portal with a round arch door. Frieze with the inscription "Catholic School Colonies"; wooden cornice on brackets. Adjacent later school wings.
