Located in a modern residential area. The only remnant of the Frankish "Villa Tishengien" that before the 11th century included the present-day Mortsel, Hove and Edegem, the domain was donated to the abbey of Lobbes by Saint Reinhildis around 660. The barn of the farm disappeared when the raised railway embankment was constructed, the ramparts were lost due to street construction and allotment. Elongated farmhouse (ridge perpendicular to the street) with house and stables from the 17th century, restored in 1963-65 to a design by architect Y. Devos (see inscription). L-shaped floor plan, higher stables with potting shed wider extension on the north façade.
