Cultural centre that plays an important role in the western edge around Brussels. The "meeting centre" of 1968, inspired by Brutalism, was designed by architect Alfons Hoppenbrouwers in collaboration with Rudy Somers. It is located between the village center of Dilbeek and the valley of the Wolfsputten, more specifically on the southeast corner of the nature reserve de Wolfsputten. To the west the centre was expanded with a new library in 1999 and to the east next to the car park is the new Academy of Music, Word and Dance, opened in 2012, designed by architect Carlos Arroyo.
