Currently Municipal Academy for Music and Word. The building, built in 1902, consists of two parts: a house on the right, and the classrooms on the left. The house is a double house of five bays and two storeys under a wolf roof (mechanical tiles). Brick building on elevated ground floor; cemented plinth. Arched wall openings with profiled, brick drip moulding, the windows fitted with bluestone sills. Two upper windows with neo-Gothic stained glass. The school building has seven bays and originally one, now two storeys under a gable roof (mechanical tiles). Brick building on cemented plinth. The original round-arched wall openings of the ground floor are set in round-arched recesses, the windows with bluestone sills and metal rod division in the fanlight, the door ditto, with original woodwork.
