Bruwaanstraat z.nr. "Boomkruis Vorte Bossen" hung in a beech tree at the edge of the forest. It was reportedly previously called "Simoens' kruislievenheere". The reason for the presence of the cross is not known. The original cross from 1861 was renewed in 1961 by Charles-Louis Hoste (cf. Kruisbergstraat no. 2). Green-painted concrete cross in a cement chapel (green and red painting) with the inscription "CH. HOSTE / 1861-1961 INRI" on the roof. Wooden bench.
