The adventure began in 2007, when François gave 4 goats to his wife Patricia, who developed a passion for making fromage frais. Today, the goat’s cheese dairy produces maquée, tzatziki, fromage frais (natural, tomato and basil, garlic and chive, honey and
walnut, red pepper, tapenade, truffles, pineapple...) but also Val Mehaigne refined
with Botteresse, the beer from Sur-les-Bois, a cheese for which she won a gold medal.
Tours : no
Sale : on site, Saturday from 12:30 to 5 p.m., Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on other days by appointment, as well as at several shops nearby (in Eghezée, Héron and Hannut)
