The Ampsin-Amay quarry spreads on roughly 30 ha and is listed as State nature preserve. The ecological potential is of great interest. The former quarry has been enhanced by a geological path provided with 13 didactic panels on fauna and flora, rocks and history. The quarry has also a free accessible track where the former lime kilns share with elements of nature. The actual itinerary is exclusively kept for visits with an experienced nature guide.
