The church of Baileux, or the Saint-Martin church, was built between 1838 and 1841 using the local limestone, next to a 17th-century façade tower. The classicist façade consists of a triangular pediment, supported by four large, hard stone pillars. Inside, you can admire a beautiful organ and particularly exquisite wood carvings in Renaissance style. The latter was executed between 1877 and 1890 by the Dropsey brothers, local artists. Especially the pulpit and the Maria altar - with polychrome medallions depicting the joyful, glorious, and sorrowful mysteries - are the main attractions. The Saint Martin altar is adorned with a fine equestrian statue of Saint Martin. At the back of the church, there is a fairly large Lourdes grotto.
