Haus Kaperberg 8, also known as Haus Sternickel, is a former town house in Eupen in the German-speaking Community of East Belgium. It was built in 1812 in the Empire style and listed as a historical monument in 1983. The building complex was the seat of the Parliament of the German-speaking Community from 1973 to 2013 and has since housed the State Archives in Eupen.
