Aldeneyck Winery

In the heart of both Limburgs, in the picturesque Maasland village of Aldeneik, near the cultural and restaurant city of Maaseik, lies the 10-hectare vineyard of Karel and Tine Henckens-Linssen. On a sun-drenched southeast slope along the Maas, with a mineral-rich gravel and pebble terroir excellent for wine grapes, they passionately cultivate the Pinot varieties, Chardonnay, Riesling, and three sparkling wines.

Every Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, you can purchase the Aldeneyck wines, which have been awarded the title of best Belgian wine multiple times, and enjoy extensive tastings with a delicious cheese and meat platter on the wine terrace or in the renovated wine bar. It is also possible to join guided tours to observe the winemaking process in the winery with the stainless steel tanks and French Barriques, followed by an extensive tasting of 5 wines. Through the Limburg Cycling Route Network (junction 24/25), you can pass the Aldeneyck vineyard. The new signposted walking route allows you to stroll along the Maaseik vineyards.

Reservations are recommended via the website for both a tasting in the wine bar and for a tour with wine tasting.
