De Zilverreiger is located in the picturesque village of Weert near the Scheldt and the Oude Schelde. You will discover the story of the Klein-Brabant basket maker and the context in which he lived.
The braid museum honours the cultivation of wine and the basketry industry with workshops for groups. Young children can learn to braid a basket with wicker. After your visit, be sure to try the Slijkneusbier or biscuit in the inn or on the terrace!
