The Franc Bois is a wooded natural site located on the territory of the municipality of Chimay in the south of the province of Hainaut.
The Franc Bois is bordered to the north by the national road 939 at the exit of Lompret towards the neighboring village of Aublain and to the south by the course of the Eau Blanche downstream of the village of Lompret.
