This lesser-known piece of nature is actually a vacant piece of land next to the Kulak on Hoog Kortrijk. But you will be able to confirm that the meandering Pietjepaterbeek with gently sloping natural banks and water reservoir is worth a stop. This part, which falls under Natuurpunt, will therefore soon become part of an ecological city park. Like many students, have a picnic in the open grassland along the Pietjepaterbeekpad.

Tip in case of rainy weather: it might be better to park your bike in the street of the 'Kulak' and walk through the greenery on foot from there. The route continues from this street of the Kulak.
