Description

This bench is on the only road where cyclists can cross the Lippensgoed .

A little further on, the GR129 and the GR131 cross . The GR129 runs "through Belgium" and runs 573 km from Bruges to Arlon. The GR131 is called "Brugs Ommeland - Ypres Salient" and is 142 km long.

In the 20th century, Bulskampveld was mainly owned by the Lippens family until they sold the domain including the castle to the province of West Flanders in 1970. The castle has a visitor center and there is also a bird sanctuary, an agricultural machinery museum and a herb garden.
