Description

'Optimbulles' is the story of father Guy and son Maxim Geunis. Planted in 1990, father and son make a top range of sparkling and still white wines. Keywords: pure, minimal intervention. Very fascinating, and very Haspengouw: the (continuous) experiments with ciders, and 'Metis' or cross-pollination between apple and grape wine. Sometimes radical, but sometimes surprisingly original and accessible at the same time.

You should have tasted the wines in the vineyard.
