This house appears on the city plan as " Palace of the Prince " in 1708 and as " Casa de la Moneda" in 1750.
It is one of the oldest houses in town. Today it is primarily known as " Maison Ozeray ". This important family lived in this house since the 19th century. For generations they were known politically and literary. Michel-Jean-François Ozeray wrote the first summary of the history of the Duchy of Bouillon there in 1827. It was also here that the stage actress Madeleine Ozeray (1908-1989), known as Louis Jouvet's adviser, was born as the interpreter of Ondine van Giraudoux before the war. Surrounded by a beautiful park, this house has been a listed building since 1974.
