Brick construction on rectangular plan under cantilevered gable roof (ridge perpendicular to the street, mechanical tiles), rising in location to the middle of the 19th century, see Vandermaelen map of circa 1854. Basket-arched wall openings in recessed façade surfaces, with or without brick friezes. Plastered and painted interior with red tiled floor.
