Pailhe used to be a must for pilgrims.

There is a cave dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It was the first to be installed in Belgium after the Lourdes apparitions. It was pastor Graerts who did everything in his power in 1882 to ensure that the cave of Pailhe would see the light of day.
