Description

This monumental fountain was placed on this roundabout in Tournai on June 4, 1988 .

It is a work by the Tournai artist Marie-José Aerts . The bronze statues were made in a foundry in Aalst. The part supporting the four naiads is made of Tournai stone and designed by the Tournai architect Robert Delvigne.
