Restaurant De Bietemolen is an established value. The establishment has been run by chef Patrick Vanneste since its opening in 1978, but he passed the torch in early 2018. Thor Bossu (25) together with chef Brecht Samyn (23) brought a fresh wind into the business. And that dynamism is also noticeable on the plate. You can summarize the culinary experience at the revamped Bietemolen as a successful marriage of classic and modern. The young, dynamic team dares to experiment, but does so with respect for the classical kitchen. A must-try.
De Bietemolen is open from Wednesday to Sunday and closed on Monday and Tuesday.
