La Flobette - Furfooz

La Flobette is an elongated terrace on the banks of the Lesse, in the beautiful Furfooz nature reserve.

Alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, you can arrive in this little paradise on foot, on horseback or by bicycle .

La Flobette aims to be in harmony with the place where it is located , promoting the region's artisanal and environmentally friendly products and encouraging visitors to think about their actions as consumers .

All in simplicity, friendliness and good humor. La Flobette lives to the rhythm of the seasons.
In spring it wakes up sparkling, together with the first green shoots of the year, in a cheerful and light atmosphere that becomes warmer little by little; A treat for bird song lovers.
Then summer arrives, hot, intense and tumultuous, where the challenge is to find harmony between peaceful hikers and more festive kayakers;
From September onwards, the decor changes from day to day and gradually becomes more colorful to offer moments of calm, tranquility and peace of great beauty.

Everything is then prepared on site, with products from the Champia farm and other local and/or organic producers.
Served on beautiful wooden planks, this quick, healthy and original meal evolves with the seasons , while maintaining a fixed base:

Soup, toast and spread, Croque Monsieur, Wild Quiche, Vegetarian Burger, Warm Goat Cheese and Chutney, Wild Pizza (only in autumn), Toast with Mushrooms (only in autumn).

And every meal always includes a beautiful salad of raw seasonal vegetables, decorated in your own way.

Far from the classic drinks menu, you can choose from various beers from breweries in the region. Elderflower syrup, strawberries, red berries, ginger, homemade apple juice, homemade Ice Tea, rhubarb bath, fruit kefir and organic lemonades provide a nice variety of non-alcoholic drinks to shake up our habits a bit.
