Brewery Willow's is a pico-brewery with 80 liters of beer per batch. Laurent Woine, nicknamed Willow, and his wife Adeline Rideel run the pico-brewery together. They brew WOOZ Bitter, an amber beer, and WOOZ Friendly, blonde and ideal for drinking with friends. Brewing is a family affair here. Even the children help out during the manual bottling process. When the sun is shining, the terrace is open.
