Brouería Willow's es una pico-brewería con 80 litros de cerveza por lote. Laurent Woine, apodado Willow, y su esposa Adeline Rideel, dirigen juntos esta pequeña cervecería. Allí elaboran WOOZ Bitter, una cerveza ámbar, y WOOZ Friendly, rubia y ideal para compartir con amigos. La elaboración de cerveza es aquí un asunto familiar.
