Beautiful walk suitable for all seasons (for us, late autumn). Departure from the charming village of Longueville (in Brabant Wallon), which alternates between woods and fields. Along the route, a chapel with its legends, a few place names, some small paved sections but very little frequented, and above all the prehistoric site of Michelsberg, where one can still admire earthworks created by man over 5000 years ago!
Some trails have muddy sections if it has rained. One section of the path is actually shared with a stream, but can be avoided by a parallel path higher up, which requires climbing a solid hill. Strongly recommended: sturdy boots!
