Unforgettable walk in the Xhoffraix near Malmedy | The ridges of the Warche

Between steep rocks and mountain streams, this long and beautiful walk follows the deep valley of the Warche. Xhoffraix is located on a high plateau and protects itself from the harsh climate with high hedges. Mountain streams descend from this plateau: you are here in the heart of a region that promises fascinating circuits. Very quickly, after a bend, you will discover the valley of the Warche that you reach along a steep path. You enter a small canyon that takes you to the foot of Reinhardstein Castle. There, a mule track climbs to the summits. At the top, the route begins to go around in circles, playing with the terrain. But at the same time you can see fantastic panoramas of the narrow valley. Further on, the path descends to Camping du Moulin. The last slope, along the Coreu stream, takes you to Xhoffraix, where this demanding tour ends.
