Club ride: Wezemaal

Today it was time for Baker Alex to take care of the ride for us as the ride master! Upon arrival at the club location, we were surprised with a bag of treats from bakery Alex & Inge. In the bag, we found a delicious croissant and chocolate bun, perfect for enjoying on the way.

After a short briefing, we departed at 1 PM with no less than 48 Vespas! The beautiful weather and the carefully planned route by Alex led to a fantastic turnout.

Our baker had plotted a beautiful route towards Wezemaal, including a stop at café QV. Most of us enjoyed a refreshing drink on the outdoor terrace to quench the thirst we had built up during the ride. The first half of the ride, from Tessenderlo to Wezemaal, took us over beautiful roads; despite the ongoing roadwork that characterizes Belgium, the smiles on our faces did not fade, as the rest of the ride more than made up for it.

The result was great: IT WAS A VERY NICE AND PLEASANT RIDE!

Our thanks go out to the road captains and the ride master for providing another great day for our members.
