A cycling loop along cycling junctions of the Green Belt, the Brabantse Kouters, parts of the Canal Route, the Witloofroute, through the boroughs of Elewijt, Eppegem, municipality of Vilvoorde, boroughs of Machelen, Melsbroek, Perk, Berg.

Special places are Schiplakenbos (cfr. War and turpentine by Stefan Hertmans), Rubens Castle, the Steenvaartdreef, the Zenneweg, the Canal Route along the Senne, the bicycle bridge over the Woluwelaan, the KTA HORTECO neighborhood, the neighborhood of the Perksestraat (the Faubourg district in Vilvoorde), the Floordam forest, Melsbroek center, the Chapel of Our Lady of Peace, Vogelzang (the reservoir of the airport), the Hof van As, the Castle of Perk (the Ribaucourt), the Lourdes grotto in Perk, the slow Lange Bunder road along the Hellebos, the Sint-Servaasweg along the old Sint-Servaaskapel.
