Bicycle loop 'Aircraft spotting' (junctions) 56-12-34-52-53-91-47-48-56

A beautiful cycle loop (40 km) around the airport that in many places reminds of and refers to the past (Commonwealth, War, Graves, Nossegem and Zaventem)) and the present of the national airport and aviation. The special thing about this bicycle loop is that it completely rounds zaventem airport. The cyclist can spot planes at various points of the route and visit the monument in Berg that recalls the plane crash of 1961. The cycle loop starts at Berg-Heide (Kampenhoutsebaan - B&B Sweet Home Barebeek) to cycle junction 56 in the Breemstraat (Perk, Kasteel van Perk), continues along junctions 12 - 34 - 52 - 53 - 91 - 47 - 48 back to junction 56 in the Breemstraat (Perk) and the departure point Berg-Heide (Kampenhoutsebaan).
