The blue loop of Affligem, with a distance of 3.5 km, is designed to provide a pleasant experience for both beginners and advanced runners.

The route primarily follows unpaved paths (68%) and offers a nice mix of nature and quiet roads.

The running route includes 1 moderate long ascent and 1 challenging climb to the top of the Eksterberg (45 meters of elevation) to return via a long descent along paved and unpaved paths back to the starting point.

Additionally, there is a Finn track at the start, a specially constructed path with a soft surface, ideal for low-impact training.

The blue loop can be extended with the red loop of 2 km.
