The running route of Vilvoorde offers a beautiful and varied experience for joggers and hikers. In collaboration with the Vilvoorde athletics clubs, three routes have been established in the sports stadium, in Drie Fonteinen Park, and in Tangebeek Forest.

Both beginners and experienced runners can jog at their own pace over the different distances. The green loop is 1.5 km, the blue is 4 km, and the red is 9.1 km. There are 3 starting pillars where you can find an overview of the various routes: one at Drie Fonteinen Sports Stadium (Brusselsesteenweg 73), one at the main entrance of Drie Fonteinen Park (Beneluxlaan), and one at the main entrance of Tangebeek Forest (Albert I-laan).

With a total elevation gain of only 51 meters, this route is suitable for both beginners and experienced runners.
